it’s mostly in discomfort
Hippies now take a drag,
teeter on artificial joints
Peace, love, rock-and-roll?
Viagra, naps, Metamucil
Culture they unleashed
now subjected to leash laws
yet I admire their restraint
in not pandering to regret
